Why Sangobuild?
1. Long Warranty
All Sangobuild stone coated metal roof tiles are made with galvalume steel (Zinc Aluminum coated steel sheet=PPGL). Galvalume steel can last 6-9 times longer than ordinary galvanized steel(Zinc plated steel=PPGI).
Furthermore, the reflective rate for galvalume steel is twice higher than the galvanized steel, so it can better control the temperature under the roof.
Our stone coated roofing tile offer 50 Years' Warranty.
2. No Color Fading
Sangobuild roofing tiles are coated with CARLAC(CL) natural stone chips which are taken from quarries in French. CL also supplies the stone chips to the factories in New Zealand, South Korea, and the USA. The CL granules have been tested that they can well resist the weathering and the extreme UV, and the color will never fade.
3. No Stones Peel Off
The traditional spraying glue will cause the granules to peel off easily. Sangobuild has improved the technology to pouring glue which could avoid the stones peeling off problem very well.
4. Fingerprint Resistance Coating
There is a fingerprint-resistant coating on one side of the galvalume steel which could extend the product's lifespan.
We can make any color for the fingerprint-resistant coating as customized and also could make it on both sides.
