Brief introduction:
LX--Brand SBS elastomer modified bitumen waterproof membranes are made from modified bitumen by the modifier of styrene butadience styrence with internal polyester / glass fiber base which saturated in bitumen, upper surface with fine sands / mineral granules / PE,
underside with fine sands or PE etc;
LX--Brand APP plastomer modified bitumen waterproof membranes are made from modified bitumen by the modifier of atactic polypropylene with internal polyester / glass fiber base which saturated in bitumen, upper surface with fine sands / mineral granules / PE, underside with fine sands or PE etc.
We also can manufacture bitumen waterproof membranes for your special purpose, such as: for log cabin, porous membrane for city greening, and root resistance membrane with composite base by copper wire net and polyester; customerized color and dimension acceptable.
Characteristics:
Fine anti-water pressure and anti-leakage property with watertightness / impermeability effect; good tearing resistance, puncture resistance, weather-ability, mould resistance, fatigue resistance, ageing resistance property; no dripping, no flowing under hot temperature; no crack under cold temperature with tight overlaps / edges / ends,
no pollution / contamination and environmentally friendly.
High tensile strength, good elongation and self-healing property, adapt to the contract / expansion of substrates as well as the deformed / cracked substrates,
SBS membranes are widely used in the waterproof works of cold regions and the substrates which easily deformed ; whereas APP membranes are widely used in the waterproof works of high temperature and strong sunshine regions.
Heat melting adhibiting, the working can be done in the whole year, easy working;

Package / storage and transportation:
Different specifications / types of membranes to be stacked and stored separately,and the storage temperature is no more than +50degree Celsius
During transportation, the membranes should be placed vertically and no more than 2 layers; to avoid leaning and cross heap-up, tarpaulin is needed wherever possible;
Keep away from rain / sunshine, stored in well ventilating warehouse.
Under normal transportation / storage conditions, the shelf life is 1 year from the date of manufacture.
