EVA Waterproof Board
Overview:
EVA (Ethyl Vinyl Acetate) waterproof board production process adopts domestic two-stage co-extrusion single stack rod extrusion method. The raw material resin EVA is added with reinforcing agent and antioxidant. After heating, melting, plasticizing, extrusion forming and traction, the sheet formed can also be combined with geo-textile (signal layer) to form a composite waterproof board. Extrusion and calendering method can also be used to melt and plasticize the resin extruder where The molten sheet blank extruded from the slot die of the machine head is integrated with the sling, and then rolled and cooled into a smooth film or integrated with the geo-textile with the sling, and then rolled and cooled into a composite waterproof board.
