Kingsbarn Realty Capital (Kingsbarn), a real estate private equity and development firm based in Las Vegas, Nevada, bought Riverside Crossing, a grocery-anchored retail center in Greer, the company announced April 20.

The shopping center, which is comprised of 58,358 rentable square feet at 850 East Suber Road, is leased to five tenants, including Lowes Foods.

“Riverside Crossing is well-positioned to take advantage of Greenville’s growing economy,” said Kingsbarn vice president of acquisitions Daniel Abramowitz. “This acquisition further solidifies our commitment to providing our clients with top-tier investment opportunities across the country.”

Kingsbarn also plans to offer interests in Riverside Crossing through a Delaware Statutory Trust structure, which allows investors to purchase fractional ownership in higher-quality properties than they may be able to acquire on their own, said the firm in a press release.

The company has over $1 billion of assets under management throughout the United States.
