Scope of work involves renovation of 5,345 sq. ft. of an existing fire station along with new construction of a 2,417 square foot Storage Building, all for a total of approx. 7,762 sq ft.
The renovation work includes selective demolition, new metal stud framed interior partitions, standing seam metal roofing, storefront windows and entry doors, hollow metal and wood doors, hardware, acoustical tile and gypsum board ceilings, flooring, painting, millwork, fire suppression, mechanical systems, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
The Storage Building work includes new construction of a pre-engineered metal building including foundation, hollow metal doors, steel coiling roll-up doors, metal stud interior partitions, gypsum board ceilings, painting, mechanical systems, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
Site work to include paving work/repair, utility connections, and stormwater modifications.
